Your order is shipped within 48H. As soon as your order is shipped, the number of your package is available in your TohaaDesign customer area, under your order reference. It will also be sent to you by e-mail. You will thus be able to directly track the delivery of your purchase.

Delivery is made by UPS. Toilet seats are packaged for sending with a total package weight of 4kg per toilet seat.

Online orders are shipped from our Canadian hub located in Sainte-Hyacinthe, Quebec.
