    Do the colors match the photos on your website?
    Yes, the visuals haven’t been retouched.

    Is the curtain treated against mold?
    Yes, all our curtains go through a specific treatment.

    Does the curtain stick to the skin?
    TohaaDesign curtains avoid this problem due to the use of a thick fabric (195g)

    Does the curtain have a pleasant touch?
    The textile we use for the design allows a pleasant touch like natural cotton. It also allows to have a perfect structure once it has been installed.

    Is it easy to install?
    TohaaDesign curtains have eyelets with an opening, so there is no need to disassemble your curtain rod. It is very easy to remove it to wash it for example.

    Can I machine wash it?
    We recommend washing it from time to time. It can go in the washing machine at 30°.

    If I place an order at 10 a.m. weekdays, when will I receive my order?
    At TohaaDesign, orders are processed and shipped very quickly. Within 48 hours maximum but on average within 24 hours excluding public holidays and weekends.
    You will receive your order within 2 to 5 days depending on the delivery method which has been selected.

    Do you offer alternatives to payment by credit card?
    Yes, payment by PayPal is possible on our website. You can also pay for your order by bank transfer or get information by contacting customer service.
